Most orders for our customers in the US (including Hawaii, Alaska, USVI, Puerto Rico, and Guam) will have orders sent out via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped. Larger orders may be shipped via other means including FedEx or UPS.
Shipping to Canada and Mexico originate in the USA through the United States Postal Service.
The delivery will occur via Canada Post in Canada (or their selected contractor).
There may be tariffs or fees associated with obtaining the items ordered (depending on value of the order) which are not included on the pricing on our site and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping to other countries (except US, Mexico, and Canada) is done via United States Postal Service and will be delivered by the mail carrier associated with USPS shipments that originate in the USA. Timeframe for delivery varies based on your location. Customs tariffs may be required to be paid by the recipient of the order and any customs fees are not included in the pricing shown on our website. Please refer to the regulations in your country for more information.
Exchanges are allowed for 14 days from the date of delivery (date as recorded by the delivery agent: i.e. Post Office).
Exchanges are allowed for items which are manufactured incorrectly by Bespoke Tags / Gear Tags including: Product is a different color than what the order form indicates, information engraved is different than on the order form, design is different than the order form indicates.
In these cases, postage will be paid by Bespoke Tags.
